Gas rant
Gah, between the hurricane and the approach of Labor Day weekend, gas prices have shot up some more. The cheapest around here is $2.80/gallon (2038 hectares/decade) now and one station near my house is $3.05. That's for regular unleaded, not Super Deluxe Techron™ Premium with Splenda. But I guess I can't complain since many other countries are paying way more. Even so, I think my next vehicle will be a Schwinn.
Um, that's all. I'm not a very good ranter.

Well, some of the best rants can be found here.
It's close to $3 a gallon here, although I think a few went over that. One place was $2.61 at 10am this morning, and went to $2.95 about an hour later.
I did get the bike back in shape to ride...and will ride it at least part of the way to work for a while.
My dad said he paid 3.26 /gallon for gas in Virginia. I filled up on Friday here at 2.90. Even the higher stations were only about 3.19. Wow for a change something is cheaper in California!
